No. There are minimum quantities required for some products but no minimum amount is required to place an order online.

At this stage, we do ship to all locations within Australia, including some islands.

Flat rates apply by state, with potential additional charges for bulky or heavy orders to remote areas or islands. We will contact you regarding any extra freight charges. There is no additional freight for backorders.

Metro areas: up to 7 working days after payment confirmation. Remote and rural areas: an additional 7 days (up to 14 total). If products are out of stock, we will notify you of any delays.

Redelivery incurs additional fees. You may provide an \"Authority to Leave Goods\" instruction via the comment section at checkout to avoid extra charges.

Yes. We use registered shipment which you can always track your order on Australia Post or TNT websites. Tracking numbers are sent via email upon dispatch.

Please follow these important rules:

1. Never use bleach products on sheets or towels.
2. Follow product care instructions carefully.
3. Don't attempt to conceal bleach damage — it is not covered under warranty.
4. Avoid homemade cleaning products on commercial textiles.

We recommend using mild detergents, low heat settings, and air-drying when possible.

All coloured towels should be washed separately when they are first purchased, this will clear out any dust or dye residue they may have. Coloured pool towels should always be washed separately from white items.

For linens and textiles, a full-price single item purchase is required. Refunds are available upon return of the item.

Victorian exemptions exist for small businesses meeting specific conditions: maximum 8 adults accommodation, maximum 750ml of liquor per room daily, no supply to minors, and the proprietor must comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Commercial Percale sheets require minimum ironing when laundered correctly. Domestic machines can cause creasing due to limited capacity. The solution is to allow sheets to flow freely and not overload your washer or dryer. Iron-free results occur with correct laundering.

With all the food consumable products, the shelf life is 3 to 6 months for Vegemite, Peanut Butter, UHT Milk 15ml and 150ml. Fast hospitality consumption and small packaging limitations affect shelf life.
