Shipping policy

Sure thing. Here's the shipping/delivery policy from the same T&Cs:

Service area:

• Australia only. All prices in AUD.

Freight costs:

• Flat rates designed for small orders to different states.
• Extra freight charges apply for bulky orders and regional areas.
• Estimated freight cost can be calculated at checkout.
• Some orders may incur additional freight charges based on shipping address location and/or size/weight of the order. You'll be notified and asked if you want to proceed before being charged.

Delivery times:

• Metro (capital cities): within 7 working days from payment.
• Remote & rural (including islands): up to 14 working days from payment.

Isolated locations:

• Some locations aren't serviced by local couriers, so goods may need to be collected from the nearest freight depot by the customer.
• No refund or cancellation accepted if you refuse to collect.
• No redelivery via an alternative service will be offered.
• If you know your area has limited delivery options, you need to note this in the comments section when ordering.
• Locations requiring a specific delivery service may incur an additional charge.

Title and risk:

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.
