Refund policy

Change of mind / cancellations:

  • Orders can't be cancelled or amended once an order reference number is issued.
  • No refunds, credits or replacements for change of mind, incorrect choices, or inaccurate order info.
  • If they agree to accept a return due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Faulty / wrong / short delivery:

  • Faulty products (don't work out of the box or show signs of failure): report within 14 days of delivery.
  • Transit damage: report within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Wrong product or short delivery: report within 7 days of delivery, via email only, with proof.
  • Faulty/defective items will be repaired or replaced; refund only if the product is no longer available.
  • Marks or stains on textiles are only claimable if the item is unused and unwashed.
  • If the product is deemed not defective, they may refuse replacement/refund and can charge a $65 handling fee if the condition was misrepresented.

Return conditions:

  • All original items and packaging must be returned.
  • You're responsible for adequate packaging during return shipping.
  • Exchange/return of alcohol, food, and bulky products is not allowed.
  • If the return is not for a defect, you pay return freight. Used or soiled items won't be credited.
  • Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds:

  • No refund processed until the product is received back.
  • Refunds issued to the same card used for the original purchase only.
